How our Lord Blesses

We are reading thru the book of Gensis and how the Lord blessed Abraham and his decedents. Now and for the future. What a promise that is yet to be fulfilled and to think that God in all his wisdom included me and the rest who have made Jesus the Lord of their lives. Thank you God for your wonderful provision of salvation!

Weather has been just great!

  2. THE ONE TRUE CHURCH
    by Fr. Arnold Damen, S.J. (1815 - 1890)
    Imprimatur:
Michael Augustine, Archbishop of New York.

The Only Church That Christ Established Is The Catholic Church. "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, but he that believeth not shall be condemned." [Mark 16:16].

    I.
My Dearly Beloved Christians, from these words of our Divine Savior, it has already been proved to you, that faith is necessary for salvation. And without faith there is no salvation.

Without faith there is eternal damnation. Read your own Protestant Bible [St. Mark 16:16], and you will find it stronger there than in the Catholic Bible.

Now then, what kind of faith must a man have to be saved? Will any faith do? Why, if any faith will do, the devil himself will be saved, for the Bible says the devils believe and tremble.

It is, therefore, not a matter of indifference what religion a man professes. He must profess the right and true religion, and without that, there is no hope of salvation.

For it stands to reason, my dear people, that if God reveals a thing or teaches a thing, He wants you to believe it. Not to believe, is to insult God.

Facts Seventh-day Adventists Won't Tell You
Seventh-day Adventists won't tell you they are behind the "Revelation Seminars" they sponsor.

They act all "interdenominational" if questioned. Watch out for these SDA outreaches as well: Voice of Prophecy, Faith for Today, It is Written, The Quiet Hour, Amazing Facts etc.

They also hide behind Heath oriented shows on the networks, and sponsor stop-smoking clinics etc, all as introductions to Seventh-day Adventism.

Often, the only tip-off that what you are reading originates with them is that it is published by "Pacific Press".

They produce bright and colorful Children's books, often seen in medical and dental offices, and of course, unsuspecting Church libraries.

They very much want to be perceived as Evangelical Christians, seeking a place on the ministerial fellowships. All this is good PR for them, but what do they really believe?

What facts won't they tell you?

They won't tell you that they consider themselves to be the only, true, remnant Church.

Their prophetess, Ellen G. White, whom they revere and believe without question has told them that "...Satan has taken full possession of the Churches". (Spiritual Gifts V.l,p.189-90)

They also believe our prayers are an "abomination" to God. (Spiritual Gifts, V1 p.190).

That is what they think of you and your church, even if they won't say it out loud in public, or to your face.

They revere their founding prophetess, Ellen G. White, and made this statement in their "Ministry" Magazine of Oct. 1981 and have never retracted it:

"We believe the revelation and inspiration of both the Bible and Ellen White's writings to be of equal quality. The superintendence of the Holy Spirit was just as careful and thorough in one case as in the other".

The sad thing is, I looked up some of the blogs he listed and I noticed that most of them, if not all, are blogs of recovering alcoholics. I read some of the posts, and all of the blogs I looked at, had been attacked by this man who claims to be a born again christian. He attacks them in the comments section of their blogs with suggestions that they are all going to hell, simply because they all attend and participate in AA. He even changes his name and impersonates others as well, but when you click on his name, it all links back to the same blog.

You are of your father, the devil, , and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and doesn't stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and its father.
